I was directed to Matthew and the team in relation to a photo bracelet which had fallen apart. It was really important to me to get it fixed as it had great sentimental value. Matthew was wonderful and explained the problem and solution straight away, and also gave sensible and helpful advice. He was a pleasure to deal with and my bracelet was fixed in record time. I would definitely go back to a World of Time in future and would highly recommend! Delighted to have this lovely shop, and team, on our high street.

I recently took my Dads old watch for repair to a high street jewellery who after 2 weeks said they could not repair it. I then came across World of time in Knowle. Just brilliant service. I took it into them and within 1 day not only fix it with ease did not even charge for the service. I highly recommend this business. Amazing service and very friendly.

Matthew is a highly talented horologist. He rescued my wifes 45 year old Cartier, which we had thought was beyond repair. It is now running like a new watch, keeping perfect time. I will definitely be taking our watches to World of Time in Knowle for Matthew to look after. He is very knowledgeable and takes the time (no pun intended) to explain exactly what is needed and the best way to proceed. I would highly recommend.
