**Terms and Conditions for Watch and Clock Repair Services at A World Of Time Limited**

 

**1. Acceptance of Terms** 

By utilising our services, you agree to adhere to the following Terms and Conditions. We encourage you to review these terms carefully prior to engaging our services.

 

**2. Description of Services** 

Our establishment offers a comprehensive range of repair services for watches and clocks, including but not limited to battery replacements, movement repairs, and restoration services.

 

**3. Estimates and Quotations** 

All estimates provided are preliminary and based on an initial assessment of the item. Assessments of items can take up to 4 weeks to complete. The final charges may vary depending on the condition of the item once disassembled for repair.

 

**4. Repair Timeline** 

While we strive to adhere to estimated completion times, repair durations may fluctuate based on the complexity of the repair and the availability of necessary parts. Due to the high workload, time scales could be from 6 to 12 months from date of proceed, unless otherwise stated.

 

**5. Item Care and Liability** 

Items left for repair are covered by our insurance. We exercise the utmost care in the handling and repair of all items; however, we cannot be held liable for any pre-existing damage.

 

**6. Payment Policy** 

50% deposit is required upon proceed of work required in order to ensure parts can be purchased. remaining payment is required upon completion of the repair services. We accept various forms of payment, including cash, credit cards, and electronic transactions.

 

**7. Warranty** 

We provide a warranty for our repair services, which is valid for a period of one year from the date of completion. This warranty applies solely to the specific repairs performed and excludes coverage for future issues or damages resulting from misuse.

 

**8. Abandonment of Items** 

Storage fees will be added after 31 days. Storage fees will be reasonable and reflect the space occupied and the duration of storage.

Should a repaired item remain uncollected for 90 days following notification of readiness, it will be considered abandoned and may be disposed of, sold, or otherwise managed at our discretion.

 

**9. Limitation of Liability** 

Our liability in relation to any claims arising from the services provided shall be limited to the total amount paid for the repair services. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

 

**10. Governing Law** 

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our establishment operates.

 

**11. Modifications to Terms** 

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will become effective immediately upon being posted within our premises and on our website.
